They say product managers are not born but made. However, empathy is one skill which is hard to teach and requires immense will power to except that other’s opinion or goals matter more than yours. This skill is something I acquired from young age to think like a user. This skill helped me connect with stakeholders and enjoy problem solving so that I could see my customers win and feel happy when they feel happy and feel their pain when my solution fails to achieve or help them achieve their goals. I have done many certifications and courses around design thinking including the ones with IBM which helped me undersatdn the steps necessary to perform it in a manner to get best results with collaboration and customer orientation solution design.

1. Empathy-Driven Ideation: My design thinking expertise ensured that every product is conceived not just as a solution but as a holistic experience that addresses real user needs. From understanding when the need of the user starts to when they will feel that they have achieved their goals is what makes my skill special.
2. Iterative Prototyping: I embrace the beauty of iteration as I refine and perfect my product through successive prototyping. This agile approach guarantees that my product evolves organically, continuously adapting to meet user expectations and market demands.
3. Human-Centered Problem Solving: Rooted in human-centric principles, design thinking placed my users at the heart of the problem-solving process. By understanding their pain points, desires, and behaviors, I crafted solutions that resonate on a profound level, fostering unwavering user loyalty.

User-Centric design

Having the power of understanding user, their journey and key problems, it paves way to design products for specific users who would use the products. I worked on many solutions which required me to deeply analyse the product’s ability to help user navigate through my product easily including our core product offerings. For instance for weather app it is forecast pages and rain pages and other pages. By leveraging the insights achieved from user research, I would make decisions on improving the UX/UI of the product to ensure users understand what they are getting into and at the end feel happy about using our product.

1. Persona Prowess: I tailored my product to the unique personas of the target audience. My expertise in user-centric design ensures that every feature and interface element is meticulously crafted to resonate with the users, creating a seamless and personalized experience.
2. Usability Testing Excellence: I also validated and refined my product through rigorous usability testing. User-centric design thrives on continuous feedback, allowing me to optimize user interactions, iron out any wrinkles, and deliver a product that exceeds user expectations.
3. Accessibility Advocacy: I worked on many projects and accessibility was at the forefront of design. I committed to creating products that cater to a diverse audience, regardless of abilities or disabilities, ensuring that my offerings are universally enjoyed.
