Description
User research is pivotal in getting the maximum understanding of their journey to achieve something, and avoid self opinion in critical cases which can make or break the products. I work with user research team to define the objective, questions, and options based on what would maximise the user inputs required to achieve the objective.
- Holistic Understanding: I dive deep into the minds and behaviors of my users. My user research methodology goes beyond surface-level data, unraveling the intricacies of user needs, motivations, and pain points to inform every aspect of my product. This is related to the user journey expected and how they usually interpret the joruney to carry out Jobs To Be Done.
- Custom-Tailored Surveys: Crafted with precision, my surveys are designed to extract valuable feedback. From user preferences to feature prioritization, I meticulously construct surveys that unveil the nuances of user sentiment, guiding strategic decision-making.
- In-Depth Interviews: My skilled interview techniques delve into user stories, aspirations, and frustrations, painting a vivid picture that enriches my product strategy and ensures alignment with genuine user desires. I carried out one-on -one interviws with one of the leadership team of my customer, to deeply understand what makes their work challenging when doing their business planning.
- Observational Brilliance: My observational research techniques capture real-time user interactions, providing invaluable insights into how my product integrates into their lives and uncovering opportunities for enhancement.
- Data-Driven Personas: Based on the interviews, I would create personas which would reflect our real users and their journey of using our product. The persona insights helped me to create solution keeping the user in mind such as improving design for vehicle scheduling system to ensure users can quickly schedule vehicle delivery for their customers and capture vital information.
I carried out both quantiative and qualitative research during my product management experience. The mix of these surveys helped me unearth better results. For instance, I used quantitative surveys to understand the key problems and then worked on qualitative surveys to deep dive into specific needs.
